Total Technology Integration: What Is It and How Does It Work?
We have elevated the lap pool experience to something far beyond a simple swim. Integrated technologies engage the senses to create diverse sensations accessible to all ages—making it an experience the whole family can enjoy. We incorporated an underwater sound system that stimulates the brain’s limbic system—which governs emotions and relaxation—fostering a sense of peace, reducing stress, and helping to stabilize an elevated heart rate. Music helps minimize distractions and mental noise, promoting calm and mental tranquility. We also added light projections within the water, rounding out the sensory experience by engaging the nervous system holistically. All of this is further enhanced by the physical effects of the heated water.
